When does Neptune Island Waterpark open for the season?

Neptune Island Waterpark will open on Saturday, May 18th for season pass holders only, and Sunday, May 19th to the public . For our complete schedule, visit our About the Park page.

Are my tickets included with my cabana rental?

General Admission tickets are NOT included with the rental of your cabana. Admission must be purchased separately or season passes may be used to enter into the park. For ticket pricing information, please visit www.neptuneisland.com/tickets-passes.

Are cabanas available to host my child’s birthday party?

Our cabanas are great for relaxing pool side all day, but we do not allow birthday parties to be hosted in our cabanas. All birthday parties must take place in one of our party pavilions included with each birthday package. Each party package includes 90 minutes of party time in one of our two party pavilions. We encourage guests looking for an escape before or after their event to book one of our cabanas. How many people can a cabana hold?

Our Standard Cabanas have a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Our VIP Cabanas have a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Our Castaway Cabanas have a maximum capacity of 10 guests.

What if I have more than the maximum capacity?

Our capacities for each cabana are set to ensure our guests are receiving not only the best service but may also enjoy their cabana and its amenities safely. If you have more guests in your party than the cabana’s maximum capacity, please select the next cabana level for your event or book more than one cabana.

What are the wristbands for that are mentioned?

Each cabana guest will receive a wristband upon checking into their cabana. Only guests who have a wristband will be permitted to use the cabana area and the services included with the cabana, including food and beverage orders served by the cabana host. Guests without wristbands who are present in the cabana areas will be asked to leave the reserved area.

Who needs a wristband?

All guests ages 2 and older will need a wristband. This includes any children and adults. Please be sure you are accounting for all guests when making your cabana reservation. Guests without wristbands who are present in the cabana areas will be asked to leave the reserved area.

Can I bring my own food & beverages?

No outside food or beverages are permitted inside Neptune Island, included in the cabanas. Unauthorized items will need to be thrown away or returned to your vehicle. Neptune Island will not hold unauthorized items for guests. We suggest guests who are bringing food and beverage to keep all items in a cooler in their cars and use provided picnic areas outside the park to enjoy lunch or snacks. For the safety of all guests, no knives, glass items (including but not limited to jars, bottles, and mirrors), or other sharp or potentially dangerous items may be brought into Neptune Island and all bags are inspected upon entrance. Concealed weapons are not allowed on Neptune Island Waterpark property. Grilling is not permitted on Neptune Island or City of Hartsville property. You may only bring SOFT insulated tote bags into the park that are no larger than 8” X 10” x 8” (Lunch box size). Lunch box sized coolers can only contain factory sealed bottled water, medications, baby food and ice packs (NO ICE).

Are food and beverages included with the cost of my cabana?

No, food and beverages are not included with your cabana other than the designated bottles of water and/or Pepsi products. A cabana host is included with the cabana rental to deliver any food and beverage items you wish to purchase. This means no standing in line for items and more time for fun in the park.

May I consume adult beverages in my cabana?

Adult beverages are available for purchase by guests ages 21 and older from Neptune’s Patio. They may only be consumed in the designated Neptune’s Patio area or in the private cabanas. A valid ID is required for purchase and approved wristband must be worn at all times. Your cabana host will deliver any desired purchases to your cabana as adult beverages are not permitted in any other park areas by guests. No outside food or beverages are permitted inside Neptune Island.

Can I use a cabana for my group outing?

Our cabanas have a maximum capacity to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. If your group exceeds the maximum capacity of the cabana, please consider renting multiple cabanas. Our party pavilions are also available for rent and offer larger capacities for group outings. Please email our Group Sales team for more information.
