Neptune Island is a splashing FUN place for corporate employee/family picnics, family and school reunions, church groups, and other social outings.
Discounts are available for groups of 15 guests and more. Reservations for groups must be made 72 hours in advance to qualify for discounted admissions. Make reservations for your group now by sending an email to email@example.com or by stopping by the Admissions Office at the waterpark.

Prices do not include Admissions Tax. South Carolina Admissions Tax is 5%. 30% deposit is required for reservation. Remaining balance is due in a single transaction at arrival time for your group. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All tickets and passes are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

GROUP OUTINGS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you offer group rates in-person?
Neptune Island does not offer group rates for same day admission. We do require 72 hours advance reservation for group rates. You group may still enter the park but must pay full price admission. We require advance reservation so that our Crew members can adequately prepare for the large influx of guests we will see each day. Guests are more than welcome to make advance reservations for future visits in person at the Admissions Office.
Can we bring food into the park for our group?
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the park; this does exclude medications, factory sealed water bottles, and baby food. We do have multiple options for dining throughout the park that will meet the needs of your guests.
Do you have dining options for our group?
We do offer food packages for our groups who make advance reservations. Please ask our Group Sales Crew Members about food packages when making your reservation.
Do you rent out the entire park?
We reserve park buyouts for corporate entities during non-peak season. Our park has a maximum capacity of 1,297. Please contact Jordan Braddock, Marketing & Revenue Manager, at email@example.com if your business is interested in one of our select park buyout dates.
Do chaperones need a ticket?
Yes, anyone who enters into the park must have a ticket, including chaperones.
Do you have covered space for my group?
We do have 3 party pavilions available for rent in the park. We have 2 single pavilions with a maximum capacity of 25 guests each and 1 double pavilion with a maximum capacity of 50 guests. We do rent these in 90 minute intervals as they are also used for our birthday party celebrations. Pavilion rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. Pavilions may not be available for rent on peak days such as holidays and weekends.
My guests have season passes, do they need a ticket?
No, any guest who wishes to use their season pass during your visit will not need an admission ticket since they have unlimited visits for the entire season. You will not need to include these guests in your total for the group admission rate. They will need to bring their season pass card for entry into the park on your visit.
Do my guests that are 2 and under need a ticket?
No, our tiny mateys who are ages 2 and under do not require a ticket. These little tots will just need one of our Neptune Island swim diaper covers, which is a one-time purchase of $9.99 and acts as their ticket all summer.
Does Neptune Island offer rainchecks in case of inclement weather?
Neptune Island is open every day of the season, rain or shine but can close for the day based on current poor conditions and a poor forecast. If we experience inclement weather that includes lightning (or some other extreme weather condition), the park will suspend operations until it passes. If the park is unable to reopen after 90 minutes of suspension, Neptune Island will close for the day. If the park closes for the day, all customers remaining in the park (except season pass holders) will receive a complimentary return ticket for a visit during the 2019 season. Guests MUST have their ticket stub to exchange for a complimentary return ticket. Exchange may be done only on the day in which the park closes. Refunds and rain checks are not offered. No refunds will be given.
