Admissions & Guest Services

Our Admissions and Guest Services Crews are the welcoming committees for our park! At Neptune Island we believe that the island oasis experience should start from the moment our guests step onto the property and for them to see that it truly is “our pleasure” to serve them. Admissions and Guest Services Crew Members are responsible for ticket sales, serving as informational resources for guests, welcoming guests and ensuring park safety procedures at the Front Gate, serving guests at our Food and Beverage Kiosks, and providing a friendly and fun atmosphere for our groups and parties.

Minimum starting age is 16 years old.

Lifeguard

Lifeguards are essential to creating a safe guest experience at Neptune Island. Our Lifeguard Crew Members must be professional, energetic and have a positive attitude at all times while maintaining our park’s top safety standards. All lifeguards receive their certification through Jeff Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program, an internationally recognized industry leader in lifeguard training, by our Neptune Island certified lifeguard instructors.

Minimum starting age is 15 years old.

Food & Beverage - Kitchen Staff & Prep

Our Food & Beverage Crew keeps Neptune Island guests (and staff) full and happy for the long summer days at our island oasis. Food & Beverage Crew Members are responsible for cooking and/or grilling, food preparation, stocking and inventorying items, washing dishes and keeping areas at the Neptune Island standard for sanitation and cleanliness.

Minimum starting age is 16 years old.

Park Services

Our Park Services are essential to creating a positive guest experience at Neptune Island! The island experience begins from the time our guests enter our property and our Park Services Crew is responsible for maintaining our Neptune Island standard for cleanliness and presentation.

Cabana Host

Cabana Hosts and Hostesses are responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests. The Cabana Host Crew caters to the needs of our guests in the Castaway, Pirate Cove, Shipwreck, and Volcano Bay Cabanas during their time at Neptune Island. They are responsible for taking food and beverage orders, running orders, and maintaining the Neptune Island standard of service and cleanliness in our cabanas. Our Cabana Hosts have even been known to dress in costume during our special events, like our Labor Day Luau! Our Cabana Host Crew works closely with our Neptune’s Patio Crew to serve libations to our guests in their cabanas.

Neptune’s Patio Attendant

Our crew at Neptune’s Patio ensure our guests’ thirst are quenched on long and hot summer days at Neptune Island.  Whether its beer, wine or something non-alcoholic, our Neptune’s Patio has something for all of our guests’ thirst needs.  They also work closely with Cabana Hosts to ensure our guests’ needs in cabanas are taken care of as well.

Minimum starting age is 21 years old.
